当社は、昭和43年（1968年）に関西地区初となるメーカーと資本関係を持たない独立系エレベーターメンテナンス会社として誕生以来、今日に至るまで無骨なまでに実直にエレベーターと向き合って参りました。
創業者である現会長が創立したときには、いろいろなメーカーより圧力があり非常に厳しい年数を重ねて参りましたが、当社の基本方針である「どこよりも迅速で、丁寧なメンテナンス。ご迷惑をかけない、決して背伸びはしない。」を合言葉に、個人のスキルや経験に応じた適切な担当台数や1日の点検台数を守り、地道な作業を少しずつ積み上げることで事業を展開して参りました。
メーカーメンテナンスではできなかった保守料金や修理工事費など、省コスト化の実現は当社の大きな財産となっています。こうして培ってきたノウハウは独立系エレベーターメンテナンス会社としてトップクラスであると自負しております。おかげを持ちまして、現在では各地のホテル協会様よりご指定を頂いたことをはじめ、さまざまなお客様より評価を頂いております。
エレベーターメンテナンスのプロとして、その責務を遂行する道は決して生易しいものではありません。 失敗は幾度となくありました。しかし、昨日の反省を今日に生かし、明日はさらなる工夫を加えていくことでレベルアップを目指して参りました。もちろん、これからもその姿勢は変わりません。 24時間、年中稼動しているエレベーターが安全であると、皆様に安心して使用して頂けますように、従業員一同誠心誠意の努力を重ねて参ります。これを機会に私どものスタッフのサービスへの姿勢をご高覧頂き、おつきあいを賜りますよう心よりお願い申し上げます。

Established in 1968 and we are committed to our work as the first independent elevator maintenance company in the Kansai area with no capital relationship with manufacturers.
When our founder, the current chairman, founded the company, we have been under pressure from many manufacturers and have a few tough years. But we expanded our business step by step based on our policy of “The quickest and the most-careful maintenance. Avoid causing inconvenience to customers and do not overreach.”
Our strength is the low-cost maintenance and repair charge that cannot be provided by manufacturer elevator maintenance. As an independent elevator maintenance company, we are proud that the know-how we have cultivated which is top class. We also being designated as the maintenance company by Hotel Association, and received high evaluation from customers.
As an elevator maintenance professional, it is not an easy job to accomplish this duty. There have been many failures. However, we have been aiming for a level up by making use of all experience. Of course, that attitude will not change from now on. In order to give you peace of mind, we will make every effort to ensure that the elevator which is running 24 hours a day, 365 days a year is safe. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you.
